As with the other bridge shot, I wanted to make a portrait of this landscape unlike any other I've seen so far. Most people use wide angle lenses for a shot like this, but I decided to stitch together a panoramic photograph using a 70-200mm f2.8 telephoto lens. The reason this looks different is because it was created with several frames at the focal length of 70mm. This enlarges the background of the frame to make the trees and fallen bridge appear closer than they would if shot with a wide angle lens. The only problem was stitching all the photos together! This print is only available as a 10x30, or 20x60. Currently the 10x30 collection is at 3 out of 35 (meaning we will only produce 32 more copies). The 20x60 collection is at 1 out of 35.
